Benchmate offers a full range of user support services from initial system start-up to training and ongoing support.
Fast, Quick and Easy Startup
To quickly enable new users to initiate the Benchmate system, the company provides an easy to follow tutorial that guides the user through a step-by-step, start-up process. The tutorial is focused on the key functionality of the system in the Preventive Maintenance and Work Order management areas. As an implementation roadmap, information within the tutorial provides checklists and procedures for establishing the user’s database environment. Helpful hints, roadblocks and other suggestions are included to make the process as simple and easy as possible for the Benchmate user.
Seamless Data Conversion
Data conversion services are available and provided by Benchmate system’s support personnel. In many cases the user can convert his data with some guidance from Benchmate. Normally, these services address data for equipment, spare parts, vendor lists and maintenance history and can be completed in only a few days.
Personalized, Hands-on Training
For those desiring hands-on training, two-day classes are offered by experienced Benchmate professionals at a client’s site. The training class explains and shows users how to organize maintenance data and their department to make the system most effective for their needs. Examples are provided based on actual client issues to illustrate scenarios that attendees are likely to experience. Small class sizes help facilitate individual attention and promote interaction among attendees.
One Step User Support Access
On-going user support is provided through the easily accessible Benchmate help desk either through a telephone call, email or our online Support Form. Issues are addressed pertaining to system functionality, procedures or roadblocks users may experience. All support services are provided to those companies who maintain an annual support agreement with Benchmate.
