Custom Reporting Available for Benchmate

Custom report programs can be developed using data read directly from the Benchmate database.  These reports are for supervisors and managers needing instant reporting capabilities.  The reports provide snapshot graphic and table views of operational performance directly from the Benchmate database.  Examples of reports are:

• Weekly Labor Hour History by type (PM, emergency repair, planned work orders)
• Open Maintenance Requests
• Accumulated Maintenance Costs by Equipment
• Response Time to Maintenance Requests
