Benchmate Advanced Inventory & Purchasing Module

The Advanced Inventory and Purchasing provides additional capability to help manage your spare parts inventory. It is required with the optional Bar Code/Inventory module.

These enhancements include:

  • Purchase Requisitions which can be printed or exported as purchase orders
  • List of 10 Vendors with their part number & price for each spare part
  • Automatic cost adjustment when receiving parts
  • A single (Inventory Transaction) screen to issue, return and adjust parts
  • Audit trail for all parts transactions
  • Open/Closed Purchase Order reports to summarize purchases
  • Parts Due report shows parts ‘on order’ and date they are due
  • Parts Valuation Reports showing quantity-on-hand, price and total value
  • Purchase Requisitions have provision for ‘one-click’ approval
